These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of manishasareepalace.com and to every purchase you make from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Order Cancellation Policy, Payment & Sales Tax Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these Terms.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. We sell to consumers and ship only to addresses in the United States.

2. Products and descriptions

• We describe each product as accurately as we can, including fabric, color, measurements, what is included and care instructions.
• Colors can look slightly different on different screens. Handwoven and handloom fabrics can show small variations in weave and color, which are a normal part of how they are made.
• Each saree comes with the blouse piece described on its product page, supplied unstitched unless the product page says otherwise.

3. Prices

• Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include sales tax or shipping, which are shown at checkout before you pay.
• The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.
• If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of a typing or system error, we will contact you before shipping. You can then buy at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

4. Orders

When you place an order, we email an order confirmation. A contract for the purchase is formed when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order as described in our Order Cancellation Policy, and if we do, we refund the full amount you paid.

5. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc.; we never see or store your full card number. Your card is charged when you place the order. Details are in our Payment & Sales Tax Policy.

6. Shipping, title and risk

We ship with USPS within the United States as described in our Shipping Policy. Ownership of the goods passes to you when we receive payment. Risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered. If a package is lost or damaged before delivery, we replace it or refund you as described in the Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and refunds

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, with a prepaid USPS return label, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Your account

If you create an account, please keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account that you authorize.

9. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, including by trying to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, using automated tools to copy content, or placing orders with payment details you are not authorized to use.

10. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, logo, product designs and other content on this website belong to Manisha Saree Palace or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Liability

We are responsible for providing the products as described and for any loss that is a foreseeable result of our failure to comply with these Terms. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or any rights you have as a consumer under federal or California law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal law. If you have a concern, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it quickly and fairly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, or in the small claims court where you live, if it has jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

14. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the Terms continue to apply.
