This Privacy Policy explains how Manisha Saree Palace (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit manishasareepalace.com or buy from us. 1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details: your name, email address and phone number.
• Order details: shipping address, billing address and the items you buy.
• Account details, if you create an account: your email address and a password (stored in encrypted form).
• Messages you send us through the contact form, by email or by phone.

Payment information

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your full card number, expiry date and security code go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our website. Stripe shares some payment information with us, such as the card brand, the last four digits and the payment status.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, recorded in our hosting server logs for security and to keep the site working.
• Cookies needed for the store to work (see section 6).

2. How we use your information

• To process and ship your order, send order and shipping emails, and handle returns and refunds
• To reply to your questions and provide customer support
• To prevent fraud and keep our website secure
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations

We only send marketing emails if you have asked to receive them, and every such email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not currently send marketing emails.

3. Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the store, and only as much as each one needs:

• Stripe, Inc.: card payment processing and fraud prevention
• United States Postal Service (USPS): delivering your order and return labels (name, address and, where needed, phone number)
• Hostinger: website hosting and server security
• WordPress and WooCommerce software running on our own website, which stores order data in our database
• Our email provider: sending order confirmations and replies to your messages
• Professional advisers and authorities, when the law requires it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. How long we keep information

• Order and payment records: 7 years, to meet tax and accounting requirements
• Account details: until you ask us to delete your account
• Contact form messages and emails: up to 2 years after the conversation ends
• Server logs: up to 30 days

5. How we protect information

The whole website uses HTTPS encryption. Access to order data is restricted to the people who need it to fulfil orders. Payment card data is handled only by Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects it.

6. Cookies

We use only cookies needed for the store to work: to keep items in your cart, keep you signed in to your account, remember checkout details during a session, and protect against fraud. These include WooCommerce cart and session cookies, WordPress sign-in cookies and Stripe fraud-prevention cookies at checkout. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout will not work without them.

7. Your privacy rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
• Correct information that is wrong or incomplete
• Delete your personal information, except where we must keep it by law (for example, tax records)
• Stop sending you marketing emails

8. California privacy rights

• Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, California residents can ask to know, correct and delete their personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
• We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a request to opt out of sale or sharing.
• Under California’s Shine the Light law, you can ask whether we have shared personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing. We have not.
• Do Not Track: our website does not track visitors across third-party websites, so it treats all visitors the same whether or not a Do Not Track signal is sent.

9. Children’s privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
