Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to every order placed on manishasareepalace.com, operated by Manisha Saree Palace, 1053 E El Camino Real Ste 7, Sunnyvale, CA 94087, United States. It explains where we ship, what shipping costs, how long orders take and what happens if something goes wrong in transit.

1. Where we ship

We ship to addresses in all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., including P.O. Boxes, and to APO, FPO and DPO military addresses. We do not ship to U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands) or to addresses outside the United States. Checkout only accepts addresses we can ship to.

2. Where orders ship from

Every order is packed and shipped by Manisha Saree Palace from Sunnyvale, CA 94087, United States. We do not use overseas warehouses or ship orders from outside the United States.

3. Shipping methods and costs

All orders ship with USPS. Shipping is charged once per order, whatever the number of sarees in the order, at the rate for the USPS service you choose at checkout. The shipping cost is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay, and it never changes after you place the order.

There is no minimum order value, no handling fee and no other charge added to shipping.

4. Order processing time

• Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time, or on a weekend or federal holiday, begin processing on the next business day.
• Processing includes checking each saree and blouse piece, folding it in protective wrapping and handing the package to USPS.

5. Delivery time estimates

Transit times are the USPS service standards for each service and start when USPS accepts the package. The total time from your order to delivery is the processing time plus the transit time:

• Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and some rural areas can take 2 to 4 more business days than the times above.
• APO, FPO and DPO deliveries usually take 7 to 21 days after dispatch, depending on the military postal route. USPS Priority Mail Express is not available for these addresses.
• USPS delivery times are estimates. Weather, peak holiday periods and USPS service disruptions can cause delays.

If we cannot ship your order within the processing time stated above, we will email you with a new shipping date and give you the option to cancel the order for a full refund.

6. Tracking your order

When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your USPS tracking number. You can follow your package on our Track Your Order page, by entering your order number and billing email address, or directly on USPS.com with the tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first update after dispatch.

7. Shipping address

• Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away. We can change the address only before the order ships.
• If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you and reship it once you confirm the address. Reshipping costs the same as the original USPS service you selected.
• We ship to P.O. Boxes with all three USPS services.

8. Delayed, lost or damaged packages

• If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or if tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, please contact us. We will open a search request with USPS for you.
• If USPS confirms that a package is lost, or it has not arrived 10 business days after the latest estimated delivery date, we will send a replacement at no cost to you if the saree is still available, or give you a full refund of the item price and the shipping you paid. You can choose which.
• If your package arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and email us photos of the package and the item. We will send a replacement or give a full refund, and we will email you a prepaid USPS label for the damaged item.

9. Package receipt

USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail are left at your mailbox or door unless USPS needs a signature. USPS Priority Mail Express may require a signature. If you will not be home, you can manage delivery options with USPS Informed Delivery or at your local post office.

10. Taxes and duties

All orders are shipped within the United States, so there are no customs duties or import fees. California sales tax is added at checkout for orders delivered to a California address. See our Payment & Sales Tax Policy for details.
