Order Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel or change an order placed on manishasareepalace.com.

1. Cancelling before your order ships

You can cancel any order that has not yet shipped. Email support@manishasareepalace.com or call +1 408-248-2851 with your order number as soon as possible. Orders usually ship within 1 to 2 business days, so please contact us quickly.

• If the order has not shipped, we cancel it and refund the full amount, including shipping and sales tax, to your original payment method.
• Refunds for cancelled orders are issued within 2 business days of the cancellation. Your card issuer may take a few more business days to show the credit.
• We email you a cancellation confirmation.

2. After your order has shipped

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You can return it within 30 days of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy, with a prepaid USPS return label.

3. Changing an order

We can change the shipping address, the shipping method or the items in an order only before it ships. Contact us with your order number and the change you need. If a change affects the total, we will confirm the new amount with you before making it.

4. Cancellations by us

We may cancel an order if an item is no longer available, if the price or description shown at the time of the order was clearly wrong, if we cannot verify the payment, or if we cannot ship to the address given. If we cancel an order, we will tell you by email and refund the full amount, including shipping and tax, to the original payment method.

5. Delays

If we cannot ship your order within the processing time in our Shipping Policy, we will email you a revised shipping date and you may cancel the order for a full refund.
